Click "Post Reply" to get a text box where you normally type your messages. Then click the "Host an Image" button. It's the first one in the fifth group of buttons (or the 15th button from the left). In that "upload your image" box "File" should already be selected. If that's the case, click the "Browse" button and then use that "Choose File" dialog box to find the picture ...
