I know this isn't greyhound related, but I have an aunt and uncle that I'm close to who had to put down their 3-year-old shih tzu-poodle mix a few days after Christmas. Missy had severe allergy problems from birth, but my aunt, uncle, and their two daughters did everything they could to give her the best possible life.
